M. Kathleen Donald has an extensive work experience in the marketing and operations field. M. Kathleen started their career in 1995 as VP, Director of Brand Planning at Ogilvy & Mather - Detroit. In 1996, they became Regional Group Brand Director at Ogilvy & Mather. In 1998, they moved to Lowe Campbell Ewald as Managing Director, then as EVP, Account Director, and eventually as Chief Operating Officer. In 2015, they joined Dassault Systèmes / 3DEXCITE as General Manager, Americas. In 2018, they became Chief Marketing Officer at Laser Spine Institute. In 2019, they founded Kathleen Donald Consulting LLC as President. In 2020, they joined My Medical HUB Corp as Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer and Wayne State University - Mike Ilitch School of Business as Adjunct Faculty Of Marketing. Currently, they are VP Operations & New Programs at Automotive Hall of Fame.

M. Kathleen Donald is currently pursuing a Masters in Artium Liberalium Magister (ALM) in Management from Harvard University, which they are expected to obtain in 2021. M. Kathleen has also completed O&M International Account Training, O&M Worldwide Client Service Master Class, and Executive Education Ctr -- Applied Strategic Marketing Planning from the University of Michigan. Additionally, they hold a BBS in Business Administration from Wayne State University. Furthermore, they obtained a Masters in ALM in Management from Harvard Extension School in May 2021.
