Jonathan Sykes

Jonathan Sykes possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in software testing, quality assurance, and flight services. Currently serving as a Flight Attendant for Frontier Airlines and a CDL Class A Test Driver for Automotive Testing & Development Services, Jonathan previously held the position of Senior Software Test Engineer at Trustwave for nearly a decade. Here, responsibilities included the administration of a web management console, consultation with developers to gather requirements, and leading testing efforts using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Jonathan has also contributed to various projects as an IT Lead Business Systems Analyst at Great-West Financial and as a QA Analyst at SANZ, focusing on software quality for critical financial and governmental applications. Alongside technical roles, Jonathan has engaged in volunteer work in educational settings. Educational credentials include a BA in Geology and Geography from the University at Albany, an Associate of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Adirondack, and completion of a truck driving program.
