Leonardo Di Francesco Kobritz

Leonardo Di Francesco Kobritz has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Leonardo started their career at DOOR Training and Consulting Ecuador in 2006, where they held various roles including Technology Coordinator, Training Manager, and General Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing budgets, developing new services, increasing client portfolios, and establishing strategic alliances. Leonardo also oversaw staff management, customer relationship management, and the implementation of learning management systems. In 2016, Leonardo joined Automotive Training and Consulting Intl as the Ecuador and Peru General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for increasing productivity, profitability, and sustainability for clients, as well as managing training centers and expanding the company's presence in multiple countries. In January 2018, they were promoted to Director of Business Development, where they continue to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Leonardo Di Francesco Kobritz has a diverse and extensive education history. In 2004, they attended the Universidad Tecnológica del Centro (UNITEC) and obtained a degree as an Ingeniero en Información, specializing in Information Technology. In the same year, they also completed a Técnico Superior en Informática, further enhancing their knowledge in the field of Information Technology.

In 2008, Leonardo attended Florida State University and completed a program in English as a Second Language, deepening their understanding and proficiency in the English language.

In 2010 and 2011, they pursued a Diplomado en Gerencia Organizacional at the Universidad de Carabobo, focusing on organizational management.

Leonardo continued their education at IDE Business School in 2014, enrolling in the Programa para Propietarios de Empresas. This program emphasized administration and business management.

In 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at IDE Business School, further enhancing their skills in business strategy and management.

Currently, Leonardo is attending Barry University, where they are expected to complete their Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership in 2022. This program emphasizes developing expertise in organizational leadership practices.
