Ashlyn McKesson

Ashlyn McKesson, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent management. Ashlyn has recently worked at Automox as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing consultation and coaching to leaders in various departments. Ashlyn also implemented key HR initiatives and was responsible for onboarding new hires.

Prior to Automox, Ashlyn worked at SnapEngage | Enterprise Chat Solution as a Talent Operations Manager, where they managed talent strategy and employee administration. Ashlyn also served as a Human Resources Coordinator & Office Manager, handling various HR duties and payroll administration.

Earlier in their career, Ashlyn worked at A-1 Scuba Diving & Snorkeling Adventures as a Swim Program Coordinator, managing an accredited swim school and teaching aquatic skills. Ashlyn also served as an Education/Aquatics Assistant and Swim Instructor.

Ashlyn McKesson, SHRM-CP, graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in International Relations and Affairs in 2016. Ashlyn attended the University of South Australia in 2014 for an education abroad program, although they did not obtain a degree from there. In addition to their education, Ashlyn has also obtained certifications as a Divemaster (DM) from PADI in June 2018 and as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in May 2021.
