Jennifer Strohauer

Jennifer Strohauer has over a decade of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner - Corporate at AutoNation since August 2014. Prior roles at AutoNation include Senior Manager and Market Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supporting multiple dealerships and collision centers, focusing on employee relations and retention. Previously, Jennifer worked at Target as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources, overseeing staffing processes and employee relations. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Recruiting for Northwestern Mutual, where Jennifer recruited and trained new financial representatives, and as a Document Control professional at Charles Schwab.
