Joel Armel Mtopi Tonou

Joel Armel Mtopi Tonou is a seasoned Program Manager with significant experience in the plastics and composites industry. Currently employed at Autoneum since February 2018, Joel has held several key roles including Program Manager, Responsable produit process, and Pilot Manufacturing Leader. Prior to this, Joel worked as an Ingénieur process at MAÉ Technologies from February 2016 to January 2018, and gained foundational experience as an Engineering Apprentice at Autoneum Holding AG from September 2013 to September 2015. Joel's early career included a production internship at WORLDPLAS besancon. Joel holds an engineering degree in plastics and composites from the Institut Superieur de Plasturgie d'Alençon, completed in 2015, and has a background in physics and chemistry from the Institut Supérieur de Technologie et du Design Industriel, where coursework was completed between 2010 and 2012.
