James Ross has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. James began their career as an Intern in Marketing and Sales at TransPerfect Translations. James then worked as an Intern in Supply Management at EADS Astrium, where they provided analytical support and carried out market and supplier analyses. James also served as a Team Coordinator for a university company project at CNBC Europe, involving forecasting major trends and scenarios in the business world.

James then took on a role as a University Company Consulting Project member at Motain GmbH, conducting market analysis for the launch of a mobile information platform. James further interned at Oliver & Ohlbaum Associates, focusing on strategic management consulting in the media, sports, and entertainment industries.

James then transitioned to the tech industry, starting at Google as an AdWords Account Strategist, where they worked on AdWords campaigns and revenue targets. James later became an Agency Relationship Manager, managing a portfolio of agencies and clients. James eventually became a Technical Account Manager within Google's Doubleclick AdExchange.

Following their time at Google, James joined Sociomantic Labs as a Technical Account Manager, eventually becoming the Head of Technical Account Management for different regions. James then moved to dunnhumby, where they took on the role of a Senior Product Manager, responsible for managing the company's sociomantic DSP platform.

Their most recent role was as a Senior Product Manager at Xapix, where they managed all aspects of the product, including discovery, research, prioritization, and engineering processes. Xapix develops an automated data intelligence platform for Amazon-first brands and ecommerce aggregators.

Currently, James is the Head of Product at Autopilot, a position they assumed in 2023.

James Ross has a Master's in European Business from ESCP Business School (2007-2008) and a degree in Economic and Social Studies with a focus on Economics and Politics from The University of Manchester (2004-2007). Prior to that, they obtained a European Baccalaureate from the European School Munich (1994-2004). In addition, they have a certification in IIoT Mini-Course from Intellic Integration, obtained in 2020.
