Chris Sharkey

Chris Sharkey began their work experience in 2001 as the Co-founder and CTO of Stayz, where they created the largest self-contained accommodation website in Australia and eventually sold it to Fairfax Media. From 2007 to 2011, they co-founded and served as the CTO of Sharkey Media, where they worked on various web-based software and collaborated with their brothers. Since 2011, Chris has been the Co-founder and CTO of Ortto, a SaaS business specializing in marketing automation and customer data management. Ortto has received substantial funding from prominent investors.

Chris Sharkey attended Maitland Grossmann High School from 1995 to 2000. Chris did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during their time at Maitland Grossmann High School. Later, they pursued a Master of Software Engineering Management at the University of Technology Sydney from 2006 to 2007, focusing on computer software engineering.
