With a career spanning over two decades, Eric has held various leadership positions at organizations such as Knab, NIBC Bank, and Leidsche Verzekering Maatschappij N.V., where responsibilities included managing outsourcing contracts and improving IT infrastructure. Eric's educational background includes a Masterclass in Digital Leadership from Nyenrode Business University and a Master’s degree in IT Management from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
