Chloe Park-Ross has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2012, they worked as a Head Chef at Healing Wings. Chloe then transitioned into the film and production industry, working as a Production Assistant at Impela Africa from 2013 to 2014, and later as a Production Manager at Antagonist Studios (Pty) Ltd in 2014. In 2015, Chloe Park-Ross took on the role of Restaurant Manager at Jakes in The Village before moving into event management as an Events Manager at urbantonic from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Web Designer, executing visual design stages for websites. In 2018, Chloe Park-Ross worked as a Content Producer at Tswelopele Productions, managing production schedules, overseeing the website, and handling social media. In 2019, they served as an Account Manager at Kru and Co. Chloe'smost recent roles include Marketing Manager at Golden Home Care in 2020 and their current position as a Product Marketing Manager at AUTTO, which they started in August 2020.

Chloe Park-Ross's education history begins in 2001 when they attended Rustenberg Girls High School. Chloe completed their schooling there in 2006, without any specified degree or field of study.

In 2015, Chloe enrolled at the University of Cape Town and obtained a Higher Certificate in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design in 2016. Following this, they pursued further studies at the same university from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Web Design and Development, although they did not earn a degree.

Chloe then attended the South African College of Writing from 2018 to 2019, where they completed a Certificate program in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.

Continuing their education, Chloe joined New Insights Academy in 2021 and completed an Associate's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor in 2022.

Currently, they are pursuing a Diploma of Education in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions at the University of Cape Town, starting in 2022 and expected to finish in 2023.
