Tudor Vodita

Tudor Vodita has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, Vodita is the Head of Global Sales Operations & Chief of Staff to the CCO at AUVESY-MDT, a global software provider in the Industry 4.0 space. In this role, Vodita is responsible for defining and tracking KPIs, improving forecast accuracy, driving global projects, and optimizing processes.

Prior to their current position, Vodita worked at Colt Technology Services as a Sales Operations Manager, Scrum Master (internal incubator), and Programme Officer (PMO). Tudor also gained experience as a Project Management Officer at Cognizant and worked as a Contractor for their Bachelor Thesis at Handwerkskammer Frankfurt (Oder).

Vodita started their career at ABU Consult Berlin GmbH as a Project Management Assistant and briefly worked as a Project Management Assistant at Maroc des Compétences. Additionally, they served as the Head Basketball Coach at BG Bonn - Meckenheimer TuS and interned at Deutsche Welle.

Through their diverse roles and experiences, Vodita has developed strong skills in sales operations, project management, and leadership.

Tudor Vodita completed a Bachelor of International Business Administration, B.Sc. degree in International Business Administration at the European-University Viadrina from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, in 2013, they studied European Business at EM Normandie Business School. Tudor also obtained various certifications, including Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner from Scrum Inc. in 2020 and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from agile42 in 2019.
