Ricardo Contreras

Ricardo Contreras has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry. Ricardo'scareer began in 2011 as a Sales Representative for Sprint. In 2013, they became a Store Manager at MetroPCS, as well as a Remote Services Technician for support.com. In 2014, they joined Apex Systems as a Data Communications Specialist. In 2015, they were hired as a Control4 Programmer/Installer at Best Buy. In 2017, they became a Smart Home Pro at Vivint Smart Home. In 2019, they were hired as a Smart Home Expert at Asurion. Most recently, in 2021, they joined AV Design & Integration as a Project Manager and AV Integrator, responsible for installing and troubleshooting a range of AV services and equipment, as well as being certified in Crestron, Lutron, Brivo, and Control4.

Ricardo Contreras attended ITT Technical Institute - Clovis but did not obtain a degree. Ricardo also holds certifications from Savant Systems (obtained in December 2021), Control4 (obtained in October 2015), Brivo, and Lutron Electronics.
