Matthew Johns

Matthew Johns is an experienced construction professional currently serving as an Area Construction Manager for Taylor Morrison and AV Homes, Inc. since September 2018 and September 2016, respectively. Previously, Matthew held various roles including Building Engineer at Riteway Building Services, where responsibilities included consulting on life safety and compliance for Ambulatory Surgery Centers, as well as Project Manager/Safety Officer/Estimator at Miller Plastering and Stucco, managing multi-million dollar commercial projects. Earlier experience includes Building Manager at KB Home, overseeing single-family and townhouse construction, and DB Project Manager at Aon Hewitt, managing multiple pension plans. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Central Florida and has attended several community colleges.
