Kyle Crabtree's work experience starts in 2011 as an Intern in the Office of Private Sector Initiatives at Peace Corps. In 2012, they become a Leadership Consultant at Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. In 2014, they join Slingshot, Inc as a Sales & Leadership Manager, and later becomes the Director of Recruiting and then the Director of Employee Engagement. In 2017, they become the Chief Momentum Officer at Exchange 202. In 2018, they move on to SS&C Advent as a Senior Global Talent & Organizational Development Specialist and later becomes the Global Organizational Development Manager. Lastly, in 2023, they take on the role of Senior Program Manager, Learning & Organizational Development at SS&C Advent.
Kyle Crabtree earned a Bachelor's degree in Science Broadcast Journalism from Troy University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in various areas, including project management, learning and development, facilitation, coaching, and nonprofit management.
