Zack Miller

Zack Miller is the current Head of Customer Success at Ava. Prior to their current position, Zack was the Director of Operations at Figg from December 2020 to August 2021. Zack was also the Director, Publisher Success at Figg from April 2020 to December 2020.

Zack has over 10 years of experience in online marketing and operations. Zack has a proven track record of success in managing and growing teams and businesses. Zack is a strategic thinker and an excellent problem solver. Zack is a great leader and motivator, and they are very passionate about helping others achieve their goals.

Zack is a strong advocate for customer success and retention. Zack is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction. Zack is also very data-driven and loves finding new ways to use data to improve the performance of their team and the company as a whole.

Zack Miller has a MBA from the University of San Diego and a BS from UCLA. Zack also has a certification from University of California San Diego in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB).

They work with Bertrand De Beaumont - Business Ops & Partnerships, Jean Benoit Malzac - Head of Product, and Anthony Franklin - Head of US Sales. Zack Miller reports to Thibault Duchemin, CEO & Co-Founder.
