John Einspahr

John Einspahr, M.S. has extensive work experience in healthcare integration and technology. John is currently the Director of Healthcare Integration at Avaamo, where they automate conversations and work with AI for organizations, focusing on Epic App Market, Connection Hub, Cerner Code Program, and payer integrations.

Prior to their current role, John was the Owner/Founder of Einspahr Systems, providing Epic and EHR integration expertise to leading healthcare enterprises and startups.

John also worked at Tegria and Bluetree Network as a Senior Integration Manager & Sales Engineer, advancing software and systems technology for Fortune 500 companies, healthcare organizations, governments, and startups. John'sfocus was on EHR/EMR integration and infrastructure.

John has a strong background in healthcare integration technologies, having held various roles at Epic from 2006 to 2019. John served as a Tech Executive, App Market/App Orchard/Connection Hub, Tech Services Lead, and Software Developer. John led the creation and launch of the online developer forum and impacted the quarter billion people worldwide through their leadership, development, and support of healthcare integration technologies.

Additionally, John has experience working at Krames, San Francisco Department of Public Health, The University of Texas System, Healthwise, and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in technical executive and technical lead roles, focusing on Epic integration and implementation in various healthcare projects and initiatives.

John Einspahr, M.S. holds a Master's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Physics, Liberal Arts from Kalamazoo College. John also studied Materials Science and Physics at the Colorado School of Mines and European Union Studies at The University of Bonn. Additionally, they received training and certifications in various programming and database systems, including Epic App Market / App Orchard / Connection Hub, Epic Chronicles Database, Epic Clarity, Epic Client Systems, Epic Data Courier, Epic Hyperspace VB, Epic MyChart, Epic Operational Database, Epic Order Transmittal, Epic Willow Inpatient, EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient Clin-Doc, and EpicCare Inpatient Orders, all from Epic. John also obtained a certification in Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare - Integrations, FHIR, etc. from Microsoft and Orchestra eHealth Suite - Integration and Interoperability from x-tention. Furthermore, they hold a Solo Skydive Certificate from the UNITED STATES PARACHUTE ASSOC INC and is a licensed Automobile Racing Driver from MCSCC, SCCA, and NASA through the Sports Car Club of America, Inc. (SCCA).
