Pooja Pai has a strong work experience in the field of delivery management, product management, business analysis, and systems engineering. Pooja most recently worked at Avaamo as the Head of Delivery, overseeing the successful delivery of projects. Prior to that, they were a Solutions Delivery Lead at Avaamo, where they played a key role in delivering solutions to clients. Before joining Avaamo, Pooja worked at AskSid.ai as a Product Manager, where they developed and implemented a SAAS conversational AI platform and managed customer relationships. Pooja also has experience as a Business Analyst at Cognizant Business Consulting, where they provided solutions, conducted market research, and analyzed business requirements. Earlier in their career, Pooja worked as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they created reports and dashboards, formulated risk score models, and implemented macros for automation. Pooja Pai completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in the field of Information Science from KLSs Gogte Institute of Engineering. Pooja pursued this degree from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they enrolled in the Great Lakes Institute of Management in 2015 and completed a Post Graduate Program in Management with a specialization in Marketing in 2016.
