Dragana Pavlovic

Dragana Pavlovic has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. Dragana is currently working as VP, Software Engineering at Availity since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Engineering at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) from August 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they were VP, Engineering at Kronos Incorporated from July 2019 to August 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked at Xerox, where they held various leadership roles, including SVP, Global Development Group/SVP, Engineering from January 2016 to July 2019, VP, Control Systems & Software from 2012 to 2016, and Technology Strategy, Global Development Group/Strategy Manager, Graphic Communications from 2009 to 2012.

Dragana Pavlovic completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University from 1986-1990. Dragana then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1990-1991.
