Wendy Maradiaga

Wendy Maradiaga is an experienced professional in workforce management, currently serving as a Workforce Management Supervisor at Availity since December 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Operations Analyst at BEL USA LLC from July 2016 to November 2019, where Wendy developed a forecasting model that significantly enhanced labor efficiency. Previously, Wendy held positions at Citi, first as a Workforce Analyst from October 2009 to June 2016, where responsibilities included schedule creation and staffing maintenance, and then as a Workflow Coordinator, overseeing real-time staffing decisions for a workforce management team of 1,500 agents across ten departments.
