Neal Galbo

Chief Scientist and System Architect at Avalanche Technology

Neal Galbo has a vast and extensive work experience. Neal started their career as a Systems Engineer at Texas Instruments in 1983 and worked there until 1988. From 1988 to 2000, they founded and led Galbo and Associates, Inc., where they served as President and provided consulting services in electronic engineering, system and conceptual design, hardware and software development, costing, and production. In 2000, they joined Lexar Media as the Senior Director of the Advanced Products Group, a role they held until 2007. Neal then moved to Micron Technology as a Senior Systems Architect, where they worked for 11 years until 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Scientist and System Architect at Avalanche Technology Inc. starting in 2018.

Neal Galbo attended Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus from 1972 to 1976, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). Neal later enrolled at Florida International University from 1978 to 1979, focusing on Finance. However, it is not specified whether they completed a degree in this field.
