Jan Uetz

Jan Uetz has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Head of Web & Mobile Banking at Avaloq starting in September 2023. Prior to that, Jan held the position of Head of Digital Solutions at Cembra Money Bank AG from August 2022 to July 2023, and as Digital Transformation Leader from March 2020 to August 2022. They also worked as a Senior Agile Transformation Program Manager at Alpiq from June to December 2019. Before that, Jan served as the Head of Product Portfolio and Vision at Haufe-umantis AG from May 2017 to February 2019. They also held roles such as Senior ITSM Transformation Manager at Swiss Life Asset Managers in February to March 2017 and Executive Advisor, CEO & Founder at BizFoundry from January 2012 to December 2016. Earlier in their career, Jan was an Executive Consulting Director, CIO at Trestle Group from August 2007 to December 2016, Chief Product Officer, CEO & Founder at C3Communications from February 2000 to March 2007, and Product Development Consultant, Clinician, and International Artist at Yamaha. They also worked as the Head of Product & Execution, Partner at Creaconsult Onlinemarketing from January 1998 to February 2000.

Jan Uetz earned an MBA degree in Business Strategy, Finance, Leadership, Marketing, Communications, and Change Management from Business School Lausanne (BSL) where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended The Collective (Drummers Collective) from 1992 to 1994 to study professional drumming and music. Jan also completed their Baccalaureate degree in Economics and Law at Gymnasium Kirchenfeld from 1985 to 1991.
