Destree Rickard

Destree Rickard currently serves as the Senior Director and North America HR Lead at Avanade, having joined the company in April 2023 after a prior tenure as VP of People and Director of Talent Lead at eLogic from October 2018 to April 2023. Following the acquisition of eLogic by Avanade in September 2022, Destree transitioned into the new role, leveraging extensive experience in human resources leadership. Prior to eLogic, Destree held the position of Director of Talent Strategy at Sage Rutty & Co., Inc from August 2016 to September 2018, contributing to the company’s recognition as one of the Best Companies to Work for in America®. Destree Rickard holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from New York University, along with educational backgrounds from Northwestern University and St. Norbert College.
