Kat Flowers

Kat Flowers has extensive work experience in the real estate industry, with their most recent position being the Vice President of Education and Program Development at Avanath Capital Management, LLC since January 2022. In this role, they are responsible for implementing an education program that promotes career advancement and engagement for team members, as well as policy reform and talent recognition.

Prior to their current position, Kat worked at Legacy Partners for over 15 years, starting as a Property Manager in July 2007 and then transitioning to the role of Senior Business Manager in July 2020.

Kat Flowers has a degree in CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) from AAMD (Apartment Association of Metro Denver). Kat is currently pursuing a degree in CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) in the field of Property Management from the same institution, with no specified end year yet.
