James Frost III

Mr. Frost has over 30 years of executive management experience in the biotechnology service and tool industry and is the founder of two biotech companies: Genosys Biotechnologies, Inc. (sold to Sigma Aldrich) and BioTx Automation, Inc. He has spent his entire career devoted to making processes more efficient. Most recently, as a Director of Lab and Automation at Quest Diagnostics, he led his development team’s successful completion, validation and implementation of a mag bead-based cell isolation process for use with Oxford’s T-SPOT.TB test using a Lynx liquid handler. This process is currently in use at the world’s largest Tuberculosis testing lab in Memphis TN. Throughout his career, he has improved manufacturing processes using innovative thought.
