Nicole M. Bell

Nicole M. Bell is a Business Coach at AVANCE, Inc, supporting family child care business owners in strengthening their business efforts. Prior to this role, Nicole M. worked at the City of El Paso Parks and Recreation as a Recreation Specialist and Recreation Leader. Nicole M. also served as a Youth Activities Specialist at the City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department. Nicole has experience as a Parent Educator at United Way Of El Paso County and as a Site Supervisor at YWCA El Paso del Norte Region.
