Sana M. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2011, they started as an Overseas Education Research Trainee at Times Consultant (Pvt.) Ltd., where they focused on marketing communication designs and conducted market research. In 2013, they co-founded MORE 4 LESS and served as General Manager, overseeing cost analysis, sales and marketing plans, and customer complaint handling. In the same year, they also worked as an Assistant Manager (R&D) at Deokjae Group Pakistan. From 2014 to 2015, they worked part-time as a Field Sales and Marketing Executive at XR Marketing Ltd., demonstrating products, contacting prospective customers, and evaluating competitor activity. In 2015, they worked as a B2B Corporate Sales Executive at LeadEv, qualifying leads and prospects and initiating contact through calls and emails.
In 2016, Sana joined Salsoft Technologies (Pvt) Ltd as an Operations Manager, where they directed project workflow, reviewed project requests, and managed a team of designers and freelancers. Sana also worked at Confidential as a Sr. Manager Brand Communication, from 2016 to 2019. Sana'sresponsibilities included overseeing brand communication and coordinating project timelines. In 2019, they joined FM Software Solutions PVT, Ltd. as the Head Of Brand Marketing, where they focused on brand marketing initiatives. Later in 2019, they became the COO of Avancera Solution, where they currently hold the position.
Sana M. started their education in 2003 at Army Public School COD, where they obtained their SSC degree in Computer Science in 2004. Sana then pursued a Higher Cert in Pre-Engineering at Govt.Deg College Stadium Rd. Karachi from 2004 to 2006. Sana M. continued their studies at Bahria University, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in BBA Hon. Marketing from 2007 to 2011.
In 2013, Sana M. enrolled in Technological University Dublin and obtained a Higher Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General, which they completed in 2014. Sana furthered their education at the same university and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Operations from 2014 to 2015. Finally, in 2016, Sana M. pursued a Masters in Business with a specialization in Leadership and Management at Technological University Dublin, which they completed in 2017.
