Kyra Patterson

Kyra was appointed Chief Human Resources Director in February 2022. She previously led Labor Relations, Employee Relations, HR Shared Service Center, HR Policy & Compliance for approximately 7,000 employees in multiple operating companies and across multiple states for AVANGRID. Kyra also served as Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Diageo, N.A., successfully leading the company’s DE&I efforts by providing subject matter expertise, thought leadership and partnership with senior line management and HR leadership to drive business outcomes.

Kyra earned her Masters of Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and her Bachelor’s Degree from Prairie View A&M University.
