Phil Dean

Phil Dean is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Quinn Evans, a role assumed in September 2025. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Phil previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Algo, where significant contributions were made as the first HR hire for a rapidly growing B2B Supply Chain SaaS startup.
