Winston joined Anantara Vacation Club in November 2016 as Project Director – Phuket Preview Centre and was subsequently promoted to Vice President – Club Operations and to his current role in June 2021.

A highly accomplished and innovative leader, Winston has extensive South East Asia Pacific experience in regional sales, strategic planning, business development, change management, service, brand management,

product development, sales talent acquisition and development. During his time with AVC, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and gathered a 360 degrees’ experience of the business to support and lead AVC’s growth in the years to come.
