Cynthia Hundorfean

Cynthia Hundorfean, EMBA, currently serves as Senior Partner at CEO Advisory Network since August 2024, providing guidance to CEOs in nonprofit health systems. Additionally, Cynthia holds positions as Strategic Advisor at Kaliber, Board Advisor at Heuro Health, Leadline, Inc., and Avant-garde Health, enhancing healthcare solutions through innovation. Previously, Cynthia was Chief Living Health Development Officer at Highmark Health and President and CEO of Allegheny Health Network (2016-2023), where Cynthia oversaw significant organizational growth. Earlier roles at Cleveland Clinic included Chief Administrative Officer and Administrator of various surgical departments. Cynthia earned an EMBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
