Nick Andrianas

Nick is energized by the combination of systems-thinking, data analytics, and pragmatic, human-centered solutions to address healthcare organizations’ critical challenges. He seeks to develop strong relationships with customers to understand their diverse clinical and leadership perspectives to analyze health delivery systems from a unique lens of engineering and business operations improvement. Previously, Nick consulted for various government agencies, including the Military Health System, Defense Health Agency, and Veterans Affairs, as well as academic medical centers in New England in areas including clinical workflow and scheduling, patient safety, quality and culture, patient logistics, clinical decision support, and organization-wide capability investments. Nick holds a BS in Business Administration, MS in Industrial Engineering, and Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering. In his free time, he enjoys surf and kayak fishing, playing guitar and listening to music, and kettlebell training, and is a coffee and baked good fiend.
