Kim Stevens is the Managing Director at Avant Search, responsible for client relationship management and project delivery in Executive and Diversity recruiting. Previously, Kim held senior leadership positions in marketing and business development at various companies such as MAC Executive Recruiters, Stream Realty Partners, DFB Pharmaceuticals Inc., The Woodhouse Day Spa, Church & Dwight Co., Barilla America, Quaker Oats, and Nestle USA. Kim has an MBA in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in Business & Government from Skidmore College.
