Edgar Rodriguez

Edgar Rodriguez is a QC Analyst at Avanti Polar Lipids, Inc. since April 2021, with a background in biochemistry and research. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Researcher at The University of Texas at Arlington from September 2017 to November 2020, focusing on expressing anti-tumor proteins in Lactococcus lactis for drug delivery. Additionally, Edgar held the position of Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Advanced Chemical Technologies in the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry during the same period. Edgar obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and a minor in History from The University of Texas at Arlington, graduating in 2019.
