Racquel Caviedes

Racquel Caviedes, MBA, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in quality control, animal welfare, and scientific research. Currently serving as a QC Analyst at Avanti Polar Lipids since March 2022, Racquel previously held the position of Founding Executive Director at KittyPup Rescue, where efforts focused on rescuing and rehabilitating homeless pets while promoting responsible pet ownership. Additional experience includes roles as Gross Lab Technician at Skin Pathology Associates Inc, Foster Coordinator at Shelby Humane, and multiple research and teaching assistant positions within the UAB Department of Chemistry. Racquel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, along with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the same institution.
