Richard Bennion

Richard Bennion is a seasoned professional in real estate private equity with extensive experience in capital markets and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Avanti Residential since 2023, Bennion previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Preservation Equity Fund Advisors from 2020 to 2022 and spent over a decade as Senior Vice President at Carmel Partners. Earlier roles include Investment Associate at HG Capital, Summer Associate at The Carlyle Group, and participation in the Leadership Development Program at Black & Decker. Richard Bennion holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Brigham Young University.
