Scott C. Gilmore

Scott C. Gilmore has been working in the software engineering industry since 2012. Scott C. began their career at Gozump as the Chief Experience Officer, where they created and managed UX/UI design across all products/services, both on the web and in the field. Scott C. then moved to Polaroid Fotobar as the Director of User Experience, where they were responsible for the vision and design of user experiences across multiple platforms and developed an abandoned cart email strategy with potential to increase orders by as much as 30%. In 2015, they joined FlexShopper as a Software Engineer, where they contributed front-end design and architecture to a variety of products, including desktop and mobile versions of the new e-commerce platform, the new company-facing admin platform, and the new mobile app utilizing agile project management methodologies. Scott C. then moved to Robert Half Technology as a Software Engineer before joining Avantia, Inc. in 2018, where they are currently employed as a Software Engineer.

Scott C. Gilmore is currently enrolled in Wyncode Academy, where they are pursuing a degree in Full Stack Developer, with a focus on Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Heroku, JQuery, HTML, and CSS. Scott C. also holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies from The Ohio State University.
