Nathan Wenzel

Nathan Wenzel has a diverse work experience in executive talent acquisition and search. Nathan is currently the Director of Executive Search at Avantor starting from January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Executive Search Consultant at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they led VP-level searches across all business groups. Before that, they held positions at TE Connectivity, where they established an Executive Recruiting Center of Excellence and directly led searches at the Director through Senior Vice President level. Nathan also worked at Danaher Corporation as an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting executive talent across various industries and supporting the VP of Talent Acquisition. Additionally, they have experience at Summit Executive Resources LLC as an Associate and at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP as a Corporate Research Analyst.

Nathan Wenzel earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University from 2007 to 2011. In 2016 and 2017, they completed the Core: Credential of Readiness" program at Harvard Business School Online. In 2022, Nathan obtained a Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification from CMC Partnership Global.
