Bryan Hickey

Bryan Hickey serves as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at Cedars-Sinai since January 2017, following an extensive career in talent acquisition, including a tenure as Director of Talent Acquisition at Keck Medicine of USC from May 2009 to January 2017. In various roles within Keck Medicine, Bryan has led large recruitment teams, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and implemented strategic initiatives that enhanced recruitment efficiency and staff retention, particularly in nursing positions. Bryan possesses a strong background in recruitment technology, strategic planning, and collaboration with executive stakeholders to optimize talent acquisition processes. Prior experience includes roles at Comforce and Hyrian, where Bryan managed recruitment teams and developed innovative staffing strategies. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Administration with a minor in HR from the University of Kansas.
