Neal McGarity

Neal McGarity is a seasoned communications and change management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Change Management & Communications Lead at Avantor since February 2022, McGarity is responsible for developing communication strategies that support significant change initiatives. Previous roles include Global Communications Manager at Avantor, Change Management Consultant at Merck, and Change Management Lead for IT at the New York Power Authority. McGarity has also held senior positions in communications at Boehringer Ingelheim, HSBC North America, and the Financial Accounting Standards Board, among others. McGarity holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
