Victoria Lennie

Victoria Lennie has over a decade of experience in human resources. Victoria started their career as an intern in financial development and special events planning at the American Red Cross in 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an independent contractor in operations at Global Events Partners in Philadelphia. In 2008, they also joined CCI Consulting as a Manager of Client Services in Human Resource Consulting. At CCI, they provided services including human resources consulting, organizational and individual effectiveness consulting, career transition, and executive search. In 2011, Victoria transitioned to Ashfield, part of UDG Healthcare plc, as a Manager of Human Resources. Throughout their time at Ashfield, they held various roles, including Director and Senior Director of Human Resources. In these roles, they oversaw the human resources function for multiple business units, supported thousands of employees and contractors, and partnered with business leaders to execute strategies and achieve revenue goals. In 2019, Victoria joined Avantor as a Director of Human Resources and was soon promoted to Senior Director.

Victoria Lennie attended Moravian University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a B.A. in Business Management, Psychology, and Graphic Design. Prior to that, they attended Gwynedd Mercy Academy, but no specific degree or field of study is provided.
