Nikos Lara

Nikos Lara has a diverse work experience with a focus on sales, real estate, and marketing. Nikos most recently worked as a Sales Executive at AvantStay, where they have been employed since September 2022. Prior to that, Nikos worked as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at AvantStay from May 2021 to September 2022. Nikos also gained experience as a Licensed Realtor at Charleston Empire Properties from June 2019 to September 2022. Before entering the real estate industry, Nikos worked as a Leasing Intern at Cardinal Group Management from February 2018 to May 2021. Additionally, they have prior internships in marketing at the American Rhino Foundation in 2017 and in administration at Coco Palm St Lucia in 2016.

Nikos Lara attended the College of Charleston from 2016 to 2019, where they studied Business Administration with a Concentration in Real Estate. In August 2019, they obtained certifications as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the National Association of REALTORS® and the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS.
