Yiyun (Irene) Wu, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Yiyun (Irene) also worked as a Customer Experience Analyst, conducting research and implementing improvements based on member feedback.

Yiyun's previous experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Communication & Language Lab, Vanderbilt Peabody College, a Mental Health Counseling Intern at East China Normal University, a Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University, Department of Psychology, and a Student Teacher at Vanderbilt Child and Family Center.

Yiyun (Irene) Wu, SHRM-CP, has a diverse education history. Yiyun (Irene) obtained their Bachelor's degree in Child Studies and Psychology with Summa Cum Laude honors from Vanderbilt University in 2020. Prior to that, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as part of the Applied Learning Science program and the James Scholar Honors Program in 2017 and 2018, respectively.

In 2022, Yiyun began pursuing a Master's degree in Human Development and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Yiyun (Irene) is expected to complete this program in 2023. Additionally, they took part in the Cross Registration program at the Harvard Kennedy School in 2023, where they focused on Behavioral Economics.

Yiyun has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2023, they completed a virtual internship in Human Resources at GE, and they acquired certifications in various areas including Human Resources, People Analytics, Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization, Organization Design, Talent Sourcing, and Introduction to Sustainable Finance. Furthermore, Yiyun obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in 2023 from SHRM.
