Camilla Hedenfelt

Camilla Hedenfelt is the current Chief Human Resource Officer at Avanza. Camilla has previous experience as HR Director at Cederroth First Aid from May 2014 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for Cederroth's global HR function in the Nordic countries, Poland, and Spain, including operations with 4 factories and 900 employees in the corporation. Camilla was also responsible for salary negotiations and budgeting, and was a member of Cederroth's executive board.

Hedenfelt has experience in strategic and operational work within the entire HR field, with a focus on change management, communication, and developing and implementing value-creating global HR processes such as performance management, talent management, employee surveys (with a focus on follow-up processes), leadership development, and compensation & benefits, including position evaluations via HAY.

Camilla has also been involved in the management team's due diligence process during the sale of Cederroth to Orkla. The acquisition/merger involved a larger reorganization and downsizing, which resulted in extensive MBL negotiations regarding the transition of operations to the Orkla group. Camilla also implemented change management and training for managers.

Hedenfelt's focus is on leadership, culture, and values. Camilla has experience in organizational development to adapt the business to the demands of the environment and owners. Camilla also strives for clear internal communication to create meaning and involvement for the organization's strategic goals.

Camilla Hedenfelt has a Bachelor's Degree in Personal- och arbetslivsfrågor / Human Resource from Stockholm University. Camilla also has a certification from the International Association of Coaching Institutes in Certifierad Coach. Additionally, they have a certification from Prosci in Change Management and a certification from IDI Profiling AB in IDI - Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory (Kommunikationsprofiler). Camilla also has a certification from Aon Assessment Sverige (f.d. cut-e) in Personlighetsprofiler & färdighetstester and a certification from Decision Dynamics AB in JTI - Jungs Typer (likvärdigt med MBTI). Furthermore, they have a certification from Persona AB in Aspekt och Ravens Matrices and a certification from CEB in OPQ Personlighetsformulär / MQ Motivationsformulär / Begåvningstester.
