Balaji Mohan

Balaji Mohan has several years of experience in the legal and compliance field. Balaji is currently working at Avanze as the Vice President of Legal & Regulatory Compliance, where they oversee all legal matters and implements compliance frameworks and strategies. Prior to this, they worked at EXL as a Senior Legal Manager and Manager of Legal & Compliance, where they reviewed and negotiated various contracts, coordinated with internal and external stakeholders, and ensured compliance with laws and company policies. Before that, Balaji worked at First Advantage Offshore Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Associate Legal, and at Clutch Group, LLC as a Senior Legal Associate/Team Leader. Balaji began their career as an Associate Legal at Rajaha & Venkatesan Associates (Law Firm).

Balaji Mohan completed their undergraduate degree in Law (IPR) at Dr. Ambedkar Govt Law College, Chennai, from 2000 to 2005.
