Sonia Allen is a qualified professional with a Diploma in NEBOSH and holds the title of Tech IOSH. With a strong background in transport and safety compliance, Sonia has served as the Transport and Safety Compliance Manager at Avara Foods since November 2013. Prior to this role, Sonia held positions at Matalan from December 2003 to October 2013, where responsibilities included Compliance Manager and Transport Shift Manager, focusing on transport legislation and departmental improvements. Earlier experience includes serving as Contract Manager at C BUTT LTD from 2001 to December 2003, primarily overseeing the Matalan contract and managing general haulage, along with reporting on key performance indicators.
