Riadh Yessad

Riadh YESSAD is an IT Support Engineer at AVASO Technology Solutions since July 2022, responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware and software. Previously, YESSAD worked as a Passenger Service Agent at Worldwide Flight Services from September 2022 to June 2023, assisting airline passengers. As an IT Support Specialist at Ardis Spa from April 2021 to April 2022, YESSAD oversaw system and network administration while conducting tests and analyses. YESSAD served as a Computer Network Engineer at Eurl Amgtel from February 2020 to April 2021, focusing on network configurations and user support. Earlier internships at Ooredoo Algerie and Algérie Telecom involved projects related to network automation and videoconferencing solutions, respectively. YESSAD holds a Master's degree in Management & Information and Communication Technologies and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, both from the Institut National de la Poste et des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication. A high school diploma in Mathematics was obtained from Slimane Amirate High School.
