Gábor Pék

Gábor Pék is an esteemed Assistant Professor at CrySyS Lab since November 2022 and a Co-Founder of Avatao since July 2014, where responsibilities include delivering high-quality security exercises through an online platform focused on building secure software. Prior experience includes serving as Security Specialist and Co-Founder at Ukatemi Technologies from December 2012 to August 2017, specializing in advanced threat monitoring, incident response, and malware threat intelligence. Gábor Pék holds a PhD in Information Technology from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and has completed relevant studies at EURECOM, Technische Universität Wien, and Budapest University of Technology and Economics, earning a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Information Technology.
