Elizabeth Schweitzer has worked in the customer service industry for over nine years. Elizabeth began their career in 2012 as a Barista and Cafe Manager & Magazine Specialist at Books A Million. In 2014, they moved to Starbucks where they worked as a Shift and Barista. In 2019, Elizabeth joined Avatara where they have served as a Tier 1 Support, Director of Customer Support, Onboarding Project Manager, and currently holds the role of Level One Help Desk Manager.
Elizabeth Schweitzer graduated from Aurora Central Catholic High School in 2008 and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2012.
