Kelly Reppart

Kelly Reppart, CHC has a diverse work experience. Kelly started their career in 2003 as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Marine Corps Recruiting, where they performed and supervised various duties related to inspection, maintenance, and repair of small arms. Kelly also operated physical security protocols for a weapons facility, controlling and limiting access to unauthorized personnel without Command approval. In 2014, they joined Epic Health Services, Inc. as an Executive Director and later became the National Director of Safety - Human Resources. In 2017, they joined Aveanna Healthcare as the Director of Compliance and currently holds the position of Associate Vice President, Compliance.

Kelly Reppart, CHC has a strong educational background in healthcare law and project management. In 2021, they earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Healthcare Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Prior to that, they graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Project Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their educational achievements, Kelly obtained the Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) certification from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) in May 2018.
