Penny Laliberte

Penny LaLiberte is an experienced Instructional Design Manager at Aveanna Healthcare, leading teams and creating learning programs since March 2019. Prior to this role, Penny served as a Program Manager and Instructional Designer at NASCO, developing diverse training materials for the healthcare industry. With a strong background as an independent business owner and freelance Adobe Certified Instructor, Penny collaborated with numerous training partners from 2001 to 2017. Additional roles include Instructional Designer at Lancope, UPS, and Sterling Ledet & Associates, where Penny contributed significantly to design and delivery in various capacities.
